Registration Terms & Conditions

  1. DL.org can only accept bookings accompanied by a guarantee of payment. DL.org cannot accept bookings by telephone or "provisional" bookings. Should no confirmation of registration occur after three working days, it is the responsibility of the participant to contact DL.org.
  2. Submission of a booking form indicates the participant agrees to the terms and conditions set out and will be charged the appropriate Workshop fee.
  3. We rely on your attendance to make important arrangements for the Workshop. If a participant wishes to withdraw from the event, he/she must inform us no later than 15 days prior to the day of the scheduled Workshop. Registration fees will then be refunded. Refunds cannot be made for withdrawals initiated within 10 days of the day of the scheduled Workshop. Refunds cannot be made for participant no-shows.
  4. If you are unable to attend the DL.org Workshop but have a substitute at the appropriate level, please inform us by email (london@dlorg.eu) at least 14 calendar days prior to the event, indicating all the information provided in the Registration Form.
  5. If the Workshop is cancelled due to low enrolment or unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified as soon as possible and registration fees refunded. DL.org cannot be held responsible for non-refundable costs incurred such as travel and accommodation.
  6. Participants will be subject to local conditions of use of the computing systems at the host institution.
  7. Participants bringing along valuables and personal property do so at their own risk and are responsible for their safety. DL.org cannot be held liable for loss or damage to personal items.
  8. All travel and accommodation arrangements for the DL.org Workshop are theĀ  sole responsibility of participants. DL.org staff and members of the host institution cannot facilitate local transport or other arrangements.
  9. Participants submitting late bookings (less than one week in advance) must contact DL.org if no instructions are received within two working days of the workshop.
